James City County Stop Eminent Domain Abuse - The Petition Site: "There is a Virginia Constitutional Amendment on the ballot on Nov. 6th that will affect the property rights of citizens all over the Commonwealth. A vote of "YES" will protect citizens from land grabs and "close the loopholes in Virginia law that are the result of the Kelo decision".Citizens want a resolution from the Board of Supervisors. Will they go on record supporting the constitutional rights of citizens and the end to governmental land grab and abuse?
