Volume XX | Month Day 20XX Philip O. Richardson On December 25th, Phil Richardson passed away at his home in WindsorMeade. Phil was 91. Phil received the first and only Lifetime Achievement Award ever awarded by JCCRC in 2017. He and his wife, Pat, were incredibly generous to the Committee, Republican candidates for office and conservative causes in general. He will be sorely missed. A memorial service is planned for Wednesday January 2, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Williamsburg United Methodist Church located at 500 Jamestown Rd. Burial will be private.
