FOIA Subcommittee meetings November 5, 2014

Dear Members, Patrons, and Interested Parties:

This message is to inform you that the Records Subcommittee and Meetings Subcommittee of the FOIA Council will meet on Wednesday, November 5, 2014.  The Records Subcommittee will meet at 10:00 AM.  The Meetings Subcommittee will meet at 1:30 PM.  Both subcommittee meetings will be held in the Speaker's Conference Room, Sixth Floor, General Assembly Building, 201 N. 9th Street, Richmond, Virginia  23237.  Proposed agendas are attached.

As a reminder, the Records Subcommittee consists of Council members Tavenner (Chair), Ashby (VIce-Chair), Hamlett, Jones, and Oksman.  The Meetings Subcommittee consists of Council members Whitehurst (Chair), Dooley, Landon, Oksman, and Selph.  This will be the fourth meeting of each subcommittee as they continue the three-year study of FOIA directed by House Joint Resolution No. 96.
