Header

PLEASE NOTE THE NEW LOCATION OF OUR PROPERTY RIGHTS TOWNHALL:
JAMES CITY COUNTY LIBRARY on 7770 Croaker Road in Williamsburg.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Join us in protecting property rights in Virginia. Experts on property rights, land use and Agenda 21 will share with you why now is the time to stand up for property rights in Virginia.

The Virginia General Assembly Session starts next week and protecting property rights and land use are top priorities for AFP-VA. This year the Assembly will vote on a Property Rights Amendment to the Virginia Constitution.

Guaranteeing the private property rights of all Virginias is important. It is especially important in light of the many threats to your private property, such as: sustainable development requirements, local cap & trade regulations, energy efficiency standards, forced wind & solar energy requirements, and green building codes standards. Come learn how you can protect your and your neighbor’s property rights.

Now is the time to stand up for Property Rights in Virginia. Click herehttp://www.eventbrite.com/event/2729019571?tr=y&auid=10128171 to join us Wednesday, January 18th at 7pm at the James City County Library, 7770 Croaker Road in Williamsburg.

I hope to see you there!

Sincerely,

Audrey Jackson

Global Warming/Climate Change Myths Forum

By way of Agenda 21, the rationale for a government takeover of our property is based on a false

premise, a need to save the planet from Global Warming/Climate Change. Learn the truth about the

myths regarding CO2 and rising sea levels at a public forum featuring noted scientists. This would be

of special interest to business owners, property owners, teachers and students.

Dr. Fred Singer, Austrian-born American physicist and emeritus professor of environmental science at the University of VA.

Singer trained as an atmospheric physicist and is known for his work in space research, atmospheric pollution, rocket and satellite

technology, and is an outspoken critic of the mainstream scientific assessment of global warming. He is the author of several

books.

Dr. Charles Battig received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, and M.D. degree, all from Tulane

University. He was recruited by North American Aviation (Los Angeles) as Principal Scientist in Biomedical Monitoring Systems

as part of a life science group in support of the Apollo moon mission (1962-1964). Following his service as Senior Surgeon/

Commander in U.S. Public Health Service stationed at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland in the Biomedical

Engineering Branch, Charles went into private practice in Anesthesiology in Los Angeles until his retirement in 1990.

Kenneth Haapala of Fairfax, VA is the author of Arctic Air: The Bold Missions of the 109th Airlift Wing. He is Executive Vice-

President of the Science and Environmental Policy Project (SEPP), an educational organization founded in 1990 by atmospheric

physicist S. Fred Singer. He has a B.A. in political science from the University of Maryland and a M.S. in quantitative economics

from Catholic University.
